Janahanda members met with Mr. Virendra Sharma, MP (Southall and Ealing) on 18th October, 2011 at Portcullis House, Westminster, London for a discussion. The meeting was successful and were able to build a good relation with MP. Number of matters were discussed and specially, Mr. Sharma expressed his willingness to support Sri Lankan community in UK, there events, charities, etc. MP also said that he is willing to visit Sri Lanka in near future. 

Janhanda is the first foundation to build a strong relationship between the MP and Sri Lankan community.  We look forward to work in cooperation with MP for the goodwill of the Sri Lankan community.
