Letchworth Sri Lankan new
year festival was held at Wilbury Junior
School, Letchworth on Saturday 18th April
2009. This event was organized by
Letchworth Buddhist Vihara under the
guidance of
chief
incumbent of the vihara Ven.
Nahalle Rahula Thero. There were many
distinguished guests were attended for
the cultural show including
Venerable Poruwadande Sumana Nayaka
Thero, the head of the Gallena Raja Maha
Viharaya, His Worship Cllr Philip Ross,
Mayor Letchworth Garden City Council, HE
Sumith Nakandala, Sri Lankan Deputy High
Commissioner in London. |
